Yes, via email, telephone or in person. It’s very important that we establish an excellent level of communication between the couple and the wedding planner. The more communication there is, the easier it will be to make the wedding you are hoping for become a reality.
Our minimum support team for a wedding is two people, the wedding planner and an assistant. If more personnel are needed, we will let you know during the meetings at the organisational stage and you will be informed of the cost of this additional service.
To ensure we dedicate our full attention and provide the highest level of service, we only attend one wedding per day.
The first meeting is regarded as a ‘getting to know each other’ session at which you can explain how you envisage your wedding, enabling us to capture your style and provide a quotation as close to your requirements as possible. Therefore there is no charge.
No, we do not accept commissions. This gives us more independence and means we can choose the suppliers who are best suited to your needs, style and budget.

Although our wedding planning business is based in Barcelona, we love getting to know other cities, so simply tell us where you want us to go and we’ll be there.
